Cleanliness was outstanding, with spotless rooms and common areas. Hotel facilities were great, including a beautiful restaurant and a cozy lounge area. Parking was convenient, and we had no trouble finding a space. Transportation was easily accessible, with bus and train stations nearby. The hotel's location in the center made it convenient for exploring the city. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. The staff, especially the English-speaking receptionist, was exceptionally kind and helpful.

The hotel staff was kind and welcoming, always with a smile on their face. the room had a good size and was pretty clean. the breakfast was quite good, with a variety of pastries and coffee.

Our experience was not as great as we expected. the bed was very uncomfortable, and we couldn't get a good night's sleep.
